The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University, announces a competitive recruitment for the position of Foreign English Lecturer (contract employee). This recruitment aims to select qualified candidates for appointment as a foreign contract employee.

1. Participation in the Competitive Examination for Appointment
Qualifications for admission to the competitive examination are detailed below.

2. Qualifications of Eligible Applicants
2.1 Applicants must possess the qualifications specified in the position description and the requirements outlined in Section 1.
2.2 Applicants must have completed the required level of education no later than August 31, 2026 in order to be eligible to apply. Applicants are responsible for verifying that they meet all eligibility requirements. If it is found that any applicant has incomplete, inaccurate, or unsatisfactory qualifications, the applicant shall be deemed ineligible and will not be entitled to further consideration for the position.

3. Date, Time, and Place of Application
Applicants wishing to apply for the competitive examination may submit their applications in person at the Faculty of Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University, from July 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (excluding public holidays). 4. Required Documents and Evidence for Application
4.1 One copy of the degree or qualification certificate or diploma
4.2 One copy of the academic transcript
4.3 One copy of the graduation certificate
4.4 One copy of house registration
4.5 One copy of identification card or passport
4.6 An original medical certificate issued within the past 30 days
4.7 Three recent passport-sized photographs (3 *4 cm), taken within the last six months, showing a clear, full-face view without a hat or sunglasses
4.8 Copies of certificates of participation in educational or extracurricular activities, as well as any other certificates of academic or professional experience. Applicants who have completed other academic work or possess evidence demonstrating knowledge and ability relevant to the position of English Lecturer should also include such documentation.
4.9 One copy of any other relevant documents, such as a marriage certificate, or a certificate of name or surname change (if applicable)
All copies of original documents must be certified as true by the applicant.

5. Announcement of the Eligible Candidates for the Competitive Examination
The Faculty of Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University, will announce the list of eligible candidates for the examination on September 4, 2026, at the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science, Nakhon Phanom University. Candidates may also check the list of eligible applicants at: http://flas.npu.ac.th/web or www.npu.ac.th. Candidates who are ineligible for the competitive examination at the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences Nakhon Phanom University, will be announced as not entitled to take the examination due to one or more of the following reasons:

5.1 Failure to meet the qualifications or possession of disqualifying characteristics as specified in Item 2.
5.2 Failure to provide a copy of the qualification certificate required for the recruitment level.
5.3 Failure to provide proof of payment of the application fee.

6. Application Fee

6.2 Applicants applying by post may download the announcement and application form from the website of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science. 9. Appointment

10. Regulations for the Competitive Examination
10.1 Candidates must dress appropriately in casual business attire.
10.2 Candidates must bring a valid ID card or passport on the test day.
10.3 Candidates must arrive at the designated examination venue at least 15 minutes before the start.
10.4 Candidates must by fully prepared for the interview (10 minutes) and teaching demonstration (10 minutes). All materials and equipment required for the teaching demonstration are the responsibility of the candidate.

11. Results of the Competitive Examination
The results of the competitive examination shall be determined at the sole discretion of the competitive examination committee.
